New construction

Building sewer, water service, below-slab, overhead rough, trim, and punch. Schools, clinics, offices, shops, and other commercial occupancies.

• Underground sanitary and storm as specified
• Domestic water (copper Type L, PEX, or as specified)
• Cast iron no-hub and PVC DWV where the code allows
• Hangers, insulation, valves, and water-hammer arrestors

Restrooms & TI

Commercial restroom packages and small tenant build-outs. Carriers, flush valves, lavs, floor drains, and coordination with tile and partitions.

• ADA / TAS restroom layout coordination
• Occupied-building work with the GC’s schedule
• Fixture packages from the job spec, not a house brand

Equipment

The gear that makes the system legal and serviceable.

• Water heaters and mixing
• Backflow preventers and testing coordination
• Grease and solids interceptors
• Wall hydrants, mop sinks, emergency fixtures as specified

How we bid

Send drawings and the plumbing spec. We take off pipe, fixtures, equipment, and labor. You get a plumbing number — not a GC number, not an HVAC number.

Electrical, HVAC, and fire protection are licensed trades we do not hold. We coordinate with them. We do not bid them.
